The Mission of the Duskin Stephens Foundation is to support the families of fallen members of Special Operations Forces and the educational needs of children of Special Operations Forces Non-commissioned Officers through community outreach events, scholarships, interactive educational/recreational programs, and related activities.

The Duskin and Stephens Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization started in 2013 by two Active Duty Green Berets from (Fort Bragg, North Carolina) - . After two of their former teammates, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Mike Duskin and SFC Riley Stephens, were killed in Afghanistan in late 2012, the founders wanted to help the families of their fallen brothers. Together, they created and organized the Beef and Beer Benefit in an effort to provide both financial and emotional support for the Duskin and Stephens families.

The Mike Duskin and Riley Stephens Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to benefit the children of a Special Operations Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). The scholarship was created at two North Carolina elementary schools: St. John Paul II in Whispering Pines and Lee Christian Academy in Sanford. This, now, has become the main mission of the Duskin and Stephens Foundation – providing quality, private elementary education opportunities for children of Special Operations NCO’s in the Ft. Bragg area.
